Multi-Language Support — Coming Soon

CoAgentor currently operates in English. Full multi-language support is on the roadmap, covering every layer of the meeting pipeline — from transcription to AI evaluation to agent voice output.

What multi-language support will cover

There are three distinct layers that need to work together for a fully localised meeting experience:

1. Transcription language

The real-time transcription engine can be configured per meeting or per agent to transcribe in a specific language. This allows agents to listen to meetings conducted in French, Spanish, German, Japanese, and more.

2. AI evaluation and response generation

Trigger rule evaluation and response generation will be localised — so the agent's responses are generated in the same language as the meeting, and trigger descriptions are evaluated against the transcript in the correct language.

3. Agent voice (for live agents)

ElevenLabs supports voices in multiple languages. When multi-language support ships, live agents will be able to speak in the meeting's language using a locale-matched voice.

4. Dashboard UI

The dashboard interface itself will be available in multiple languages. This is a separate effort from the meeting pipeline localisation.

Current capability

Today, CoAgentor is designed and tested for English-language meetings. You may find that it works reasonably well for other languages, but:

  • Transcription accuracy may be lower for non-English meetings
  • Trigger rule evaluation is optimised for English descriptions
  • All AI voices are English.

Roadmap

Multi-language support will roll out incrementally. The planned order:

  1. Transcription language configuration (per agent / per meeting)
  2. AI response generation in the meeting language
  3. Additional voice options for live agents in supported languages
  4. Dashboard UI localisation

Multi-language support is in active planning.
