## Common questions

**What meeting platforms does CoAgentor support?**  
CoAgentor currently supports Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom calls.

**How does the annual plan work?**  
Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. Solo annual is $299/yr ($24.92/mo equivalent, saving $49 vs monthly). Pro annual is $999/yr ($83.25/mo equivalent, saving $189 vs monthly). Annual plans include all the same features as monthly plans at the same tier.

**How is a meeting hour counted?**  
One meeting hour equals one agent joined to one meeting for one hour. A one-hour call with two agents uses two meeting hours from your usage.

**Can I bring my own agent or integrate custom logic?**  
Yes. Pro plan customers can connect their own agent logic through the CoAgentor integration layer and API.

**Is my data secure?**  
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Agents only access the data sources you explicitly connect and authorize.

**Can I cancel at any time?**  
All plans can be cancelled at any time.
